Lights
The use of navigation lights must be in compliance with international regulations (COLREG 72) to avoid collision at sea.
The regulations for navigation lights, applicable from dusk until dawn and in poor visibility conditions, are referred to two distinct types of transport vessels:
  • Vessels with mechanical propulsion (power-driven vessels)
  • Sailing vessels (vessels equipped with sails and, if relevant, an auxiliary engine that is not in use)

For each category there are also regulations that establish the use of navigation lights in accordance with the length of the vessel.
The Quick range of navigation lights cover the needs for power and sailing boats of up to 12 and 20 metres in length.
